About the Event: Hosted in an intimate setting at our restaurant, Brasserie du Monde, we're bringing you a unique dining experience, themed "What to Drink Now." This event, highlighted by the expertise of sommelier Amitesh Diyal, is designed to showcase the seamless transition of wines from winter to spring, paired with a six-course pescatarian dinner.

  • A six-course pescatarian dinner carefully crafted to pair with our selection of wines, ensuring a harmonious blend of flavors.
  • The evening will commence in the Café à Côté, where guests can enjoy cocktails and appetizers before the main event.

  • A unique opportunity to purchase the featured wines at the event, with the option to order at retail. Availability is based on what's on-hand, with orders fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis within approximately 10 days.

More About Our Co-Host - Tesh Diyal

Tesh Diyal, a Level II Certified Sommelier, will co-host an evening that promises to be a highlight of the season - "What to drink now!." Tesh brings his deep love for wine and an exceptional knack for pairing, helping us to create an event that’s as educational as it is enchanting. With a carefully chosen selection of wines to complement a six-course pescatarian feast, he’s set to guide us through an exploration of flavors that transition beautifully from winter to spring. His passion for bringing people together over good wine shines through in every detail, promising an experience that’s not just about dining but about celebrating the joy of discovery together. Join us for a night where every sip and bite tells a story of craftsmanship and camaraderie.

Pricing and Reservations: The price for this all-inclusive event (tax, tips, and beverages included) is $225 per person. Given the exclusive nature of this dining experience, we encourage early reservations to secure your place.
