About the event
Join us at Brasserie du Monde for a night that celebrates craft, character, and the pleasure of slowing down.
At the heart of the evening is the legendary Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. collection from Buffalo Trace Distillery — a line of Kentucky straight bourbons named for Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr., the visionary distiller widely regarded as the father of the modern bourbon industry. Our team will guide you through a curated tasting of Taylor's celebrated expressions, exploring the history, heritage, and remarkable depth behind each pour.
The evening will also feature the classic Sazerac — one of America's oldest and most storied cocktails, and a natural companion to the spirit of the night. Our kitchen will present a selection of thoughtfully crafted bites to round out the experience, each one chosen to complement the warmth and complexity on the palate.
Word has it that a few distinguished guests will be joining…
